Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. The ambiance was perfect, and the therapist was professional, attentive, and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. Every knot and sore muscle was worked out, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Found this place on Classpass and so glad I came! Everyone was so nice and the 60min therapeutic massage was heavenly and perfect. There were multiple hot towels and a warm massage bed. The decor is industrial with exposed concrete walls, everything was very clean and new. The rooms have concrete walls with no doors, just heavy curtains. The bathroom is right past these individual massage sections so the plumbing and flushing are quite loud and echo with the concrete. However, the quality of the massage certainly made up for it!
It was difficult to find so give yourself some extra time the first visit. It's tucked away on the level above the plaza, by the UCLA offices - go into the "Hope St" corridor and turn right.
Parking validation in the Bloc for 2 hours! They also offer a monthly or annual membership for discounted massages.

I loved my first visit to An Urban Spa. I snatched up a Groupon and had a powerhouse of a 30 min facial by Ava, her attention to detail and unique gentle yet effective method of extractions really packed a punch!
Wayne the owner is super sweet and fun to talk to, the vibe and ambience is bright cozy and clean, while the massage rooms are dark and relaxing. I definitely want to come back to try a massage!
The entrance is near the valet parking of the hotel, it’s on the street level, to the left of the Macy’s, you’ve gotta walk through a little alley way to get there. A little tricky to find but absolutely worth it!
There is a parking structure, street parking is only a 5 min limit, so don’t park there!
Definitely get your next facial or massage here!

Came here for the first time the past weekend and had a couples massage. One of the best and most attentive massage services I've ever received. The whole experience had been great - start to finish. Masseuse constantly checked in the pressure, environment, and really exuded the feeling of wanting to make you as relaxed as possible. I realized it had been a soft opening just a few weeks back, which definitely made the experience that much more amazing. My experience with most soft openings are pretty lackluster or missing some items. Not the case here. Give it a shot and try it out. Ask for Monica.

Booked through ClassPass and glad I was able to add another massage place on my list! Staff and massage therapist (Molly) was really nice! I booked a 60 min facial and 60 minute massage for my grandma’s 69th birthday, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!! I’ll be back for myself too! The place was very clean, the ladies were super nice and the hospitality was amazing. And right near some good food spots! Grandma had a great spa day!! Thank you!!!

I booked here originally because of a groupon facial deal for my cousin but snagged one for myself and a massage for my aunt as well, and im so glad i did! the place was very clean and calm feeling; the facials were relaxing and i definitely noticed a difference in my skin immediately after, as well as even now as im back to my usual skincare. according to my aunt, the massage was amazing and a 10/10. they even gave my cousin a a cleansing soap as a present for her birthday 🙂 we'll absolutely be going back!

Had a great massage from Monica today. She really focused in on my trouble spots and I left feeling relieved and relaxed. The location is very convenient and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I've already recommended this location to my coworkers and I will definitely be back again!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service!! I had both a facial and a massage and I have never felt so pampered. Ava is the most amazing facialist- she was so kind and careful with my skin, and she gave me some great tips for home skincare. Then I had my massage, it was only 30 mins but I felt so relaxed and refreshed! I can't wait to come back !!!! (I'll probably get the full hour next time). As I was checking out they gave me a little gift because they just opened . If you live downtown and you're looking for a good spa to feel pampered DEFINITELY check them out ! Directions

From the parking garage, take the elevator to the Street level (marked “S” – it’s the upper level). Once you exit the elevator, walk to your right and make another right down the hallway between UCLA Health and Jewelry Pavilion. Follow the hallway toward Hope Street, and you’ll see the stairs leading to our suite on your left. If you accidentally end up on the Plaza level, use the escalators near Hatch and BellaLina Gelato to reach Street level.

From The Bloc’s parking garage, select P for Plaza Level. When you exit the elevator, walk out towards the “grass” lawn. To the right, between the restaurant Hatch and the gelato place BellaLina Gelato there is a set of escalators that will take you up to street level. Once at the top of the escalators, walk straight down the hallway towards Hope St. At the end of the short hallway, we are to the right of the digital billboard.

From Street Level inside the shopping plaza, look for the hallway between the store Jewelry Pavillion and UCLA. Walk straight down the hallway towards Hope St. At the end of the short hallway, we are to the right of the digital billboard.
